In addition to an abundance of semi-soft & hard cheeses & fresh fruits in season, Steve features Mediterranean favorites, such as stuffed grape leaves, Humus,  and muhamarra, a spicy dip made with bell pepper and walnuts, garnished with crackers and fresh breads.
